Massage Treatments

• Therapeutic massage - excellent for pain relief, injury treatment, relaxation and well being. Includes deep tissue massage, cupping and passive stretching. 60 or 90 minutes.
• Profound relaxation massage - de-stress and tune out. Leave the massage studio feeling like a pleasantly limp noodle. Includes soothing Swedish massage and hot stone work. 60 or 90 minutes. 
• Thai Yoga massage - Gentle but effective  stretching and compression massage. Excellent for everyone and particularly beloved by athletes. Wear loose comfortable clothing. 90 minutes only.
• Head, neck & shoulder tension release - structured treatment to release the muscles and fascia in the head, neck and shoulder that cause pain and stiffness. Includes hot stone work and myofascial release. 60 minutes or 90 minutes. 
• L&I and PIP treatments - medical massage per prescription for specific pain or injury. 

Every massage is for the full hour or hour and a half, depending on request, and can be enhanced with these distinctive enhancements*:

• Hot stones to help relax sore, tired muscles
• Aromatherapy essential oils to induce relaxation and wellbeing 
• Reiki.

*$5.00 for each enhancement. 

All payments due in full at time of service except for L&I or PIP.
